The 30 minute boot camp at Elite FX is awesome. First off, its indoors. There are so many boot camps that are outdoors- sorry, I just can't do it most months of the year! Secondly, its pretty intense, fast paced circuit training. I am in pretty decent condition and I still find this class challenging. We do 5 minutes in stations which include kettle bells, burpees/squats, running stairs, spinning, and boxing. Its the perfect blend of cardio and strength training, and I always feel challenged. Lee doesn't let you slack off, and provides slightly different exercises for more advanced people. -Kellie J.
