Shirley Schuppenhauer
Shirley Schuppenhauer, is an AFAA certified personal trainer with a specialization in pre and post-natal exercise. She loves to focus on women who are post-partum since she is the proud mother of a two and a half year old boy. Her approach to personal training is highly individual. What works for one may not be recommended for another person. Shirley introduces her clients to a variety of exercise options to determine which is most effective and enjoyable. Her enthusiasm and caring attitude keep her clients motivated to reach their goals. She also focuses her time on group classes such as boot camps and group circuit training. She brings a fun and challenging edge to her group classes by using body weight exercises, balance and core exercises, and agility training.
Lee Schuppenhauer
Lee Schuppenhauer is also one of the owners and the manager of Elite FX Studios - you'll see him teaching bootcamps, encouraging athletes and beginners alike to push themselves during these energy boosting workouts. He has been in the fitness industry for 25 years and has had a sports background throughout his whole life. Lee currently trains for Triathlons with his first half and full ironman to take place in 2012. Lee is also a graduate from the University of Houston with a double major in Finance and Management.

Michael Bloemer
Michael Bloemer is a Federal Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, 5th Year Hatha Yoga Instructor (Tree of Life/Yoga Alliance), AAAI/ISMA Certified Personal Trainer, 2nd Dan Black Belt Tae Kwon Do Instructor (A.H.T.A. '85), and American Red Cross Adult Infant AED CPR Certified.
Since 2005, he has taught Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp, Crosstraining and Personal Training at Sysco Foods, Dow Chemical, MD Anderson, Halliburton, Shell Oil, Valero, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Toyota, and currently works individually with students and clients from all walks of life.
Hakim Boudieb
Hakim Boudieb is a multi-certified personal trainer (NASM, AAAI, ISMA) who specializes in selfdefense, mixed martial arts, nutritional consulting and weight management. He has a 3rd degree black belt in kickboxing (1998 European Champion) and a 2nd degree black belt in Numbudo and Nunchuks (2000 Nunchuk World Champion). He won the honor of being the top trainer in Houston/San Antonio from 2003-2005 and was nominated to be in the top 100 personal trainers in the world. Hakim loves to help his clients reach their goals thru one-on-one personal training as well as group settings. His excitement and passion for fitness and health is apparent in his high energy training style.
Suzanne Curran
Suzanne Curran is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Rehabilitation Specialist. She is committed to life-long health and well being of her clients. She strives to create a balanced lifestyle that will contribute to the individual's long-term physical and emotional growth. Her personal training programs encourage individuals to enhance their level of strength, endurance and flexibility in the most productive, practical and safest manner possible
John Handrick
John Handrick has over two decades of gym experience. He is a physique, body sculpt, and weight loss specialist, a mommy weight loss and body reconstruction specialist, and a youth weight loss and athletic performance specialist. John performs group, two person, and private sessions.
Rene Quintanar
Rene Quintanar has always been an athlete. In high school and college he competed in cross-country and in track. While pursuing his degree in Accounting and graduating Cum Laude from the University of Texas, San Antonio (UTSA), Rene developed a driving interest in personal training which led him into becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. While interest in his own fitness initially led him into the field, his experience, knowledge and dedication gradually helped him to build a loyal clientele of people who were able to improve their lives with his help.
Lucy Ramon
Lucy Ramon is from Houston, Texas, She has been a part of the fitness industry for over ten years. Her experience, education and passion ensure that all of her clients get the best training possible. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Furthermore, she is certified through NASM as a Performance Enhancement Specialist & Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is also a member of the National Federation of Professional Trainers. Lucy specializes in cardiovascular training, core strengthening, resistance training, nutrition and sports conditioning.
Nicholas Russo
Nicholas Russo has always had a life long interest in sports that has ultimately led him to his passion as a health and fitness instructor. He is a certified NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, (ENW) as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I also graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Psychology. His strength training program will enable you to lose those unwanted pounds, gain muscle tone, and improve your overall health and appearance. I specialize in athletic training (baseball, soccer, and triathlons), pre-natal care, nutrition, stretching & flexibility, core & stabilization training using kettlebells and TRX bands.
Randy Tiner
Randy Tiner is from Pearland Tx, he has been a competitive athlete his whole life. Randy has been involved in fitness and nutrition for many years and will strive to help you build the body you have always wanted. That passion would be put to the test when Randy was in a motorcycle accident and had his left arm amputated. Randy did not let that tragic set back stop him from doing what he loves, as he is now a competitive bodybuilder with multiple sponsorships. Randy definitely has the drive and knowledge to get you in the best shape of your life!
April Wilson
April Wilson is a National Sports and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified personal trainer and also carries a degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!). She has been personal training since 2006 and also has experience with instructing group exercise classes of all sorts. She believes that physical fitness is more than just "mirror muscles". Her training technique follows an "inside-out" approach, meaning she is a strong believer that your core muscles must be taught how to respond first, in order to continually train in a progressive manner. April designs her workouts to be creative, fun, and most of all challenging.
